Ahhhh how do i make a picture

Ahhhh how do i make a picture 1mb in size ? 

I have to show you guys this crazy meteor/crystal gem type thing

2 jewellers cant even tell me what it is so i have high hopes for a forum. All i need to do is work out the 1mb picture issue
