Can I wear blue sapphire along with coral and moonstone in right hand? I am wearing it in their respective finger to be worn in different rings not together.
Hi! I am wearing blue saphire in middle finger in left hand and yellow sapphire in index finger right hand and pearl in little finger in the right hand. I have recently started wearing these three rings as per my astrologer. Are these right combination?

It is fine what you’re wearing in your right hand. I have seen many people wearing yellow sapphire (index finger) and pearl (little finger) in India. It is the most common combination of gemstone here in India.
However, I would suggest you, not to wear blue sapphire as it is anti gemstone for yellow sapphire.
Can blue sapphire and ruby be worn together in different rings? Can I wear both rings at the same time?
As said earlier and detailed in the chart above, blue sapphire and ruby should not be worn together whether in different hands, pendants, necklaces, etc.
Can I take off Neelam (blue sapphire) after wearing for 2-3 years. My sani is good now, does it harm to take it off if you do not need it astrologically anymore?

When your planets have become favourable you can take off the gemstones and the same ring can also be used by others after washing off with unboiled fresh cow milk and keeping in early morning sunrays.

I am wearing a silver ring of ruby gemstone on my left hand index finger. Is this fine? I have heard people saying that it has to be worn on ring finger. Please let me know if this will have same effect as waering it on ring finger .

Ruby should be worn on ring finger to get maximum benefit, not on index finger. In case of male it should be worn on right hand while in case of female it should be worn on left hand.
The reason why some people wear ruby on index finger is because Ruby and all Sapphires (Blue Sapphire, Yellow Saphhire, White Saphhire, etc.) are variety of corundum and normally Yellow Sapphire and White Sapphire is worn on Index finger that is why some people consider wearing ruby on their Index finger because Ruby and Sapphire have the same parent – Corundum.
But from astrological point of view this is incorrect. Ruby should be worn on ring finger.
Can a woman wear ruby in little finger of right hand?
Ruby should be worn on ring finger of left hand for females. There are only two gemstone which can be worn on little finger – Pearl & Emerald.
