Can we wear Yellow Sapphire and Green Emerald Together

My Astro Details are as follows:

• Name: Anish Gupta
• Birth Date:21st jan 1989
• Time:10:34 AM
• Place Of Birth: Sabathu(HP)

One of the astrologer recommended me to wear yellow sapphire on Right Hand’s Index Finger and Green Emerald in Left Hand’s little finger. He said we cant wear yellow sapphire and green emerald both in same hands. I have searched all over the Internet but didn’t found any answere specific to this. All said we cant wear them at the same time.

The astrologer I concerned is a renowned one and so I took his advice. But now someone told me to remove the ring containg emerald from left hand and switch the yellow sapphire from index finger to ring finger of right hand. I am in confusion now.
