Gemstones and Asthma?

I have been trying to research the gemstones that would work to help with Asthma problems. I’ve read many different types on different sites, but I know your astrological sign can affect which gemstone would be more effecive. I’m a Taurus, can anyone help me narrow which gemstone to use? Thank you!
