There is possibility of sudden travel in month of Feb 2017.
You shall do some charity work for old people. If you an elder brother or sister… Please them by gifting items and tell them that you want to travel to foreign.. you can even do this to your closest friends. Do this on Saturday. Don’t plan for new things on Saturday… Pay visit to temple of Lord Hanuman, if possible recite mantra of Hanuman chalisa.

You shall put on only yellow Sapphire. If some one having trouble in keeping relations in good shape with friends, colleagues, siblings.. because she thinks ethically and can’t stand wrong. Specially when anger management is an issue…. Wisdom is the only way rationalize things and still be with them.

it shall be clear. Dark blue sapphires are generally heated and treated… otherwise it’s color is light (Same as picture).Only Kashmiri blue sapphire are naturally dark blue and they are pretty costly. Unheated and untreated blue good quality blue sapphire.
I always propose stones which one can put on for life long and not just for duration. These stones are very influential.

Blue sapphire recommendation is probably made based on lagna kundali. However, if planetary position is also studied wrt to moon, Saturn is not really favoring. It’s aspects are also not very favoring. So, despite the Saturn is yoga karak for libra ascendant, I would not suggest blue sapphire.
Keep your sugar levels in check and right ear.
If at all your would like to put on a stone, you shall try diamond.

I won’t recommend hessonite… Emerald you could give a try but mercury is already to strength and it might not make much difference.
Diamond is best… White sapphire is best substitute as per my knowledge.
Based on your Kundali, I see only Diamond which can be put on for both health and wealth.
Other stone shall not be put on. diamond of 3-4 carat or any substitute stone (like White Zircon) in middle finger of right hand.

While putting on stones, first and most important thing to keep in mind is that, it should not affect your health…. and then only see other benefits. Sometime, a stone could help you in work, money.. but could impact your health and relations with people.
I believe you are from muzaffarabad pakistan, and based on your kundali… following would be my observations. I must write in detail so that other readers (astrologers) could also view it, and happen to correct if I miss something.
You are Libra ascendant with moon present in lagna.
1) Received good education and teachers. Stable, emotionally balanced, mother side relatives might have helped a lot in education and other aspect of life (good role). Your close relatives might be secretive clever, and politically strong.. might be having political background as well. Having good relations (which I see) would favor you.
2) I saw that you are in some “research and development”, if your work is field of medicine/chemical/elements related to watery form would be good for you.
Let’s talk about the emerald and Ruby:
1) Emerald is for mercury; it’s lord of 9th and 12th house. More marak than karak as its mool trikona sign falling in 12th house. Mercury is present in 2nd house with Rahu in scorpio.. not a very positive combination and in 2nd house it become marak aspecting ketu in 8th house… You might be very conservative in spending money….. Rather, we shall spend for causes and rather not turn greedy about saving (whatever, money, energy, relations etc….)
Emerald is not recommended.
2) Ruby is for Sun. Sun is lord of 11th house and present in 3rd house. It’s hammed as well…. What it indicates is that, if you start something with your closest friends or brother’s might bring you enmity.
I would rather say, let the sun be as it is and not make it stronger… If you are in good relations with your siblings it’s because of lower egos and individualism. So let it be.
On the other hand, blue sapphire and cat eye could be better for you. Anyway your best of the time has started and next 7 years would be awesome for you… where gains would be much higher than losses.

Saturn, is karak planet and present in its own sign in 4th with Venus. Saturn aspects 6th house, 7th house and lagna.

> 7th aspect of Saturn is on mars… though, mars is present in cancer and got debilitated. However, saturn being present in the exaltation sign of mars and its own rashi makes neech bhanga yoga and rather 7th aspect become great.

Your Saturn maha dasha also started and Saturn in yog karaka… you shall put on blue sapphire.
You shall also try (test before put on) cat eye … since Ketu is present in 8th house in Taurus and it’s lord is present in 4th house with karak of 8th house in its own sign… it’s good. Ketu in Taurus which is earthly sign give strength to Ketu and it’s rather good.

How was your experience with the Pukharaj and white zircon?
Pukharaj and white zircon (for venus) shall not be put on together… and both of them would not bring you much benefit. You are libra ascendant and Jupiter is functional malefic. Jupiter being present in lagna (lord of 3rd and 6th house) would make you have weaker metabolism. 6th house has moon (malefic) adds further to it.
Venus being lord of lagna and 8th house, being present in 5th house… thought it’s mostly good, however its presence in 5th house would not let you use your knowledge wherever needed. You are supposed to something but land up doing anything else… and wrong. However, if you are artist, your art would be created out of agony, pain but still beautiful perspective for life…. It would be very unconventional and nice.
Ruby shall be strictly avoided since sun is lord of 11th house and present in 5th house with saturn and venus (enemy of sun)… since sun has very low degree.. it’s weak and it’s harmful effects are almost nil. If you have some speech problem… if so, it would reduce after the age of 23…
Mars being karak planet and present in 4th house in sign of exaltation… since it’s directional strength is weak… I would recommend red coral (moonga) for you.
I see a hint of sanyas yoga in your kundali… you are open to learn, there is no ego and your mind is open to the world… gets into trouble easily and troubled by enemies… such people learn a lot from life and start getting disconnected from the world.

There are good possibilities in career, travelling and marriage during next 3 years. If your job relates to travelling, there is possibility of a long distance short duration travelling. You might have a tendency to keep your desires/wishes cornered until you feel it’s needed… and you might be very calculative about the needs. In short, if you need to travel and want to do anything in life.. it won’t be done, until you fully rationalize what you want. Things won’t come to you automatically but they would come for sure when you are sure “what you want and why”.
Very good yoga of foreign travel is there in next three years…. Don’t see a settlement though during this time.
You shall chant “Om Hram Hreem Hraum Sah Suryaya Namah”. And Shall wear Diamond.
One thing I would say is, if marriage is getting delayed don’t force it by doing pooja and all….. either your life partner would be spiritually very strong or she would be from a foreign land. Let marriage come with time even if it extends to 2020… In next 6-7 years you would mature much more and experience things which you never had in life before (positive sense). Loneliness and restless mind might be creating illusion as if nothing is happening……
To keep mind stable …. Wear 3 mukhi rudraksha and jap mantra “Om Kleem Namah, Om Namah Shivaay” 108 time every day.

Your jupiter maha dasha running since 2005 and it’s baadhesh (causing hurdles) along with being functional malefic. it’s lord of 7th and 10th present in 5th house. It’s not as benefic as it’s expected to be. Also, 5th house lord is sitting in 8th house. This combination brings slight trouble in job and married life… you might have gone through failed love affairs.
you might have had love marriage and if so, your wife could be little insensitive/dominating person…. at least love affairs would have been with such girls. if your marriage is arranged marriage, it would be little cold though, because your expectation would be high (you are romantic and sexually active person). You must be hardworking, and orthodox person, who question everything before believing in it.
Mars being functional malefic present in 4th house with Moon and Saturn… makes hard for your mother, or your relation with your mother would not be cordial.
Saturn having 10th aspect on lagna. Where rahu is present… makes you a person who had hard time in expressing his feelings and emotions.
Mars, 4th aspect on 7th house … and 7th lord present in 5th house, 5th lord sitting in 8th and loosing it’s strength…. That might have caused delay in marriage, hiccups in married life or even situations like divorce. You would have chances to have two sons and a daughter… if so, take good care of your elder son.
Mars being with moon… low temperament and poor relations with siblings and mother… You might have a younger brother… if so, howz he doing? Do you have complains about high blood pressure.
For career… I shall rather tell you what to do for betterment:
1) Saturn aspects 10th house. And bring challenges in your job.
2) To overcome those challenges, you must work hard. 3rd lord present in 9th house…. Your job would involve travelling which you don’t like. You must not look at the outcome of your efforts .. just keep working hard.
3) Ego is another problem where you need result and outcome of whatever you do. You must lower down your ego to open door for luck. Even if job is something you are not liking, let it be…. Just put your best to do job.

A) Gram greem graum sah gurave namah.
